The bed was very comfortable and nice. Staff was friendly. I think it was a good location for my conference, it was close to the center. I appreciate the clean room.
The bathroom lack a proper door. It did not cover the gap from wall to ceiling. The floors was not properly cleaned. I used the 'do not disturb' sign, but they did not wipe surfaces. I found this disappointing.

I loved the location. It was so close to everything! the room was super clean, and the bathroom looked recently updated. the staff was friendly, always trying to accommodate my needs! breakfast had a nice selection, i really enjoyed the fresh fruits.
The pillows were quite thin and didn't offer much support. It's just a small thing!

The room was a beautiful double room, and it was indeed very clean! there was a lift available, a convenience i found particularly useful. the hotel's location was convenient. It allowed quick access to the city's attractions.
The absence of air conditioning was noticeable. A fan was provided, though it did not entirely compensate for the lack of cool air.
